All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed claims of any resignation following the presidential Muslim-Muslim ticket.

The spokesperson of Imo APC, Cajethan Duke, said the party faithful are intact and there were no threats of resignation.

He said, “I can tell you for a fact that Imo APC is intact, nobody has resigned and nobody will. Our people know that we are the ruling party and they are not ready to be outside”, Duke said.

The publicity secretary made the disclosure following alleged resignation by some members in protest to the Muslim-Muslim ticket of their presidential and vice-presidential candidates.

APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu had announced former governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, as his running mate, even as both of them are of Muslim faith.
