Tinubu Attends Ex-Gov Yari Son’s Wedding In Kaduna, Visits Late Buhari’s Family

President Bola Tinubu attended the wedding ceremony of the son of former Zamfara State governor, Abdulaziz Yari in Kaduna on Friday.

The wedding which took place at Sultan Bello Mosque was also attended by Governors Uba Sani (Kaduna), Babagana Zulum (Borno), Dikko Umar Radda (Katsina) as well as other serving and former governors.

Hundreds of All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters lined up the Kawo Expressway to Sultan Bello Mosque with placards to welcome the president.

After the wedding event, President Tinubu moved to the late President Muhammadu Buhari’s residence to console his wife and other family members, who had moved from Daura to Kaduna after the burial of the late former president.

Tinubu was received at Buhari’s residence the by Katsina State governor, Dikko Umar Radda, Yusuf Buhari and other elders.

President Tinubu, who once again condoled the family, told the late Buhari’s widow, Aisha, that he would uphold the legacies of the former president.
