Former postmaster general of the federation, Asiwaju Bisi Adegbuyi has said that the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has what it takes to reposition the country for economic growth.

Speaking with journalists in Lagos, Adegbuyi who said Tinubu remains the best candidate for the 2023 presidential election added that he equally has what it takes to win the election.

According to him, the former Lagos State governor he has also made winning the election easier for himself, because he has built friendship and associates across the nation who believe in him to move Nigeria forward.

He explained that Nigeria required someone who can solve the myriads of problems facing the country and that Tinubu has the capacity to find solutions to the problems, just as he said Nigeria required to be reset so she can move forward.

Adegbuyi said Tinubu popularity across the six geo-political zones are factors that will enhance his victory at the poll, saying former Vice President and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar supposed to have stepped down forTinubu since they are political ally.
“I am unhappy that the former Vice president Atiku Abubakar is contesting in the election, he should have reasoned above partisan politics and become a statesman, thinking about the future of Nigeria and not contesting the 2023 elections. If he had done that, a roadmap to unity of Nigeria or a path would have been created and history would have been very kind to him.
“Nigeria urgently requires a reset, and whoever tries to do that will have his name recorded in gold and I believe Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the right man to do that, because all the issues are clear to him.’’
