President Bola Tinubu, on Friday, met with United States State Department Senior Advisor for Africa, Mr. Massad Boulos, in Paris, for high-level discussions focused on regional security and economic cooperation across the African continent.
The meeting, disclosed by Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, via his X (formerly Twitter) handle, underscored growing diplomatic engagement between Nigeria and the United States under President Tinubu’s leadership.
The US Mission in Nigeria had earlier tweeted that both leaders exchanged views on fostering regional stability.
“State Department Senior Advisor for Africa Massad Boulos met with President Tinubu on Thursday to discuss regional security including working together with partners to build a durable peace in eastern DRC. They also discussed expanding opportunities for economic cooperation throughout Africa,” Onanuga wrote.
