The board of TVC Communications has announced changes in the company’s management team.
Under the new dispensation, Mrs Victoria Ajayi is taking over from Andrew Hanlon who steps down as the chief executive officer and managing director after a seven- year stint.
Until her new appointment, Mrs Ajayi was the deputy chief financial officer. She will assume duty from May 1, 2024.

Alis, the commercial director, Mr Ronan Redmond, is stepping down after a seven-year term.
TVC Communications, are the owners of TVC News, TVC Entertainment Channel, Max FM and Adaba FM.
In a statement announcing the changes in the company’s hierarchy, it said Hanlon is standing down after seven successful years leading one of Nigeria’s largest media companies.

Paying tribute to Mr. Hanlon, the chairman of the Board of Continental Broadcasting Services Ltd. (owners of TVC Communications) Mr. Kehinde Durosinmi-Etti said: “Andrew has set a very high bar.
and will be replaced by our current deputy chief financial officer, Mrs Victoria Ajayi seamlessly.”

Ajayi will now take over the running of the company and bring it to even greater success. Aside from being a very talented chartered accountant, she has an in-depth knowledge of the media business and a desire to continue the pathway to growth and development.She will also be the only female to run a national media company in Nigeria at this time which fits seamlessly with the company’s core values of promoting talented women in the workplace.
