The governor conveyed this during the End-of-Year Harvest Thanksgiving and Fundraising event of the ECWA Gospel Church in Barnawa, themed “For the Vision is Yet for an Appointed Time.”
Represented by his Special Assistant on Political Affairs, Rachael Averik, Governor Sani praised the church leadership for their dedication to spiritual growth and community development. He also underscored the vital role of prayers in ineffective governance.

“Although His Excellency Governor Uba Sani is an experienced, hardworking, compassionate, and people-loving leader, he needs the church’s prayers to excel even further in his remarkable leadership journey,” Averik stated, speaking on behalf of the governor.

Governor Sani expressed gratitude to God and the church for the opportunity to join in the celebration, even in absentia.

He urged the congregation to pray for divine wisdom, strength, and guidance in his leadership, emphasising the importance of collective efforts in achieving progress for Kaduna State.
