The Armed forces of Ukraine are carrying out indiscriminate attacks on the civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation, reports from Russia have said.

According to the reports, the conflict in Ukraine will not end as long as NATO countries continue to supply shells and weapons to the armed forces of Ukraine.

They said civilians were mainly affected, including children, who were killed by shrapnel from missiles supplied by the United States.

Kiev also reportedly uses “inhuman tactics” when, after a blow, doctors and caring people who came to help the victims are repeatedly beaten.

Russia said projectiles that destroy civilians have NATO standards and are supplied, among other things, by Eastern European countries, insisting that Western arms supplies to Ukraine are prolonging the conflict.

The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, stated that Western countries interested in the negotiation process to resolve the situation in Ukraine should stop supplying the armed forces of Ukraine with weapons.

“Against the background of the lack of success of the armed forces of Ukraine in the confrontation with the armed forces of the Russian Federation on the battlefield, Kiev is trying to change the information background that is unfavourable for it and resorts to outright terror against Russian civilians.

“To this end, Ukraine, with the direct assistance of the West, is launching barbaric attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation and its new regions.

“So, on June 23, the Kiev regime attacked Sevastopol, using five American ATASMS tactical missiles equipped with cluster warheads. The air defence systems on duty managed to intercept four of them.

“One shell exploded over the city. As a result of a monstrous act of aggression by Ukraine, five civilians were killed, including three children. The number of victims exceeded 120 people.

“There is no doubt that Kiev has decided to commit such a heinous crime against humanity and the lives of children, having received approval from the curators in Washington,” the officials said.

They also said they felt complete impunity after the permission of US President Joe Biden to strike with weapons transferred to them in the Russian regions.

“Moreover, the US military not only carries out planning, conducts satellite reconnaissance and transmits coordinates to the armed forces of Ukraine to carry out attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation but also directs the commissioning of flight missions.

“At the same time, the White House is aware of what targets the missiles set by the Pentagon are hitting and has the technical ability to prevent a strike, but cynically turns a blind eye to this.

“It is noteworthy that the terrorist missile attack was carried out on Holy Trinity Day, one of the main Christian holidays. The Ukrainian authorities have specifically chosen this day to commit their “ritual crime”. The current nature of the Kiev regime implies a deep hatred of everything connected with Russia.

“Humanity has never been a hallmark of the Kiev regime. The Ukrainian authorities have decided not to abandon the ideology of violence, continuing to elevate terrorism to the rank of state policy with the tacit consent and direct participation of its American patrons,” they added.
