The Russian Federation has continued to follow a policy aimed at forcing its own vision of new world order on international community, the Ukrainian Parliament has said.
According to the parliament, the Kremlin uses its military potential and various mechanisms of influence including political, economic and hybrid.
The parliament said Russia’s further impact on global processes becomes significantly complicated without restoration of the former USSR and gaining full control over Ukraine.
The parliament said that is why the Kremlin seeks to destroy Ukraine and deprive population of its national identity. Russia destroys economic potential of Ukraine, blocks Ukraine’s access to the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov and also tries to defeat major part of the civilian infrastructure.
Public analysts say the aggression of the Putin regime against Ukraine, which in 2014 had the format of the so-called “hybrid war”, in February 2022 took the format of a full-scale criminal armed aggression with the aim of destroying Ukraine and carrying out the genocide of the Ukrainian people, which continues to this day.
“Putin’s regime daily commits war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine, killing and abducting children, destroying civilian infrastructure.
“Vladimir Putin began to be compared with Adolf Hitler back in 2014 after the annexation of Crimea.”
Ukrainian government has however said Putin, like Adolf Hitler, prepared Russia for war for a long time, removed a few opponents and created a powerful propaganda machine.
“If during the Second World War, the political ideology of Adolf Hitler was described as “Nazism”, then in the 21st century, the political ideology of Russia under Vladimir Putin began to be called “Rashism”.
“On May 2, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine officially recognized RASHIZM as the state ideology of Russia.
“According to the definition, RASHIZM is “militarism, cult of the leader’s personality and sacralisation of state institutions, self-glorification of the Russian Federation through violent oppression and / or denial of the existence of other ethnicities, the imposition of the Russian language and culture on other peoples, propaganda of the ‘Russian world doctrine’, systemic violation of norms and principles of the international law, sovereign rights of other countries, their territorial integrity, and internationally recognised borders.
“Now, Russian President Vladimir Putin is in the same position as Adolf Hitler in 1945, when he had already lost the war, but does not believe in defeat, and is not going to stop.
“Immediately after the capitulation of Nazism in 1945, Adolf Hitler and his supporters were awaited by an International court – the Nuremberg trials”, the government said. In 1945 the Nuremberg trials were held by the Allies against representatives of the defeated Nazi Germany, for plotting and carrying out invasions of other countries, and other crimes, in World War II.
“A similar international court called Nuremberg 2.0 awaits Vladimir Putin in 2023, as well as the Russian military leadership and the Kremlin’s top propagandists. And like in 1945, the main purpose of the new Nuremberg trial will blame the RASHIZM with war crimes and crimes against humanity, as well as punish the defeated RASHIZM leaders for crimes in Ukraine,” the government said.
