Global president and chairman of the Supreme Council of the United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC), recipient of the 2024 US President Joe Biden Lifetime Achievement Award, Ambassador Jonathan Ojada has been approved and confirmed as the permanent representative of the International Royal Diplomatic Club of the United Nations (IRDCUN-EU) at the UN Headquarters in New York, USA.
The confirmation was made last Monday in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
According to the IRDCUN-EU permanent representative at the UN Headquarters in New York, Ojada is expected to collaborate with small organisations abroad, international diplomatic clubs, parliaments, presidential palaces, royal families and diplomatic missions in all countries, as well as the European Union, UNICEF, UNESCO, etc.
Ojada was initially appointed to the position in February and was confirmed in June.
He is authorised to exercise the powers and privileges of Ambassador and Head of Mission in Africa of the International Royal Diplomatic Club of the United Nations.
The appointment was confirmed in a letter signed and presented by Oksana Cernovskaja, president of the International Royal Diplomatic Club of the United Nations.
According to the letter, „This appointment confirms my exercise of the powers entrusted to me as President of the International Royal Diplomatic Club of the United Nations—IRDCUN, following the statutes of the organisation in Lithuania, the European Union.
I hereby appoint you, Ambassador Jonathan Emmamuzo Ojada as Permanent Representative of IRDCUN at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, United States of America, effective February 1, 2024.“
