According to him: “Trust is an important part of running a business and good customer relationship is what builds trust. I can confidently say we have one of the best vendor-customer relationships that would make a first-time customer a returning customer. You get the best responses from our well-trained staff along with fast and reliable payment and all these happen within very few minutes.”

Speaking further, he claimed: “The Shawn Exchange is also an ever-improving brand. We are always working to improve the services rendered to our customers because our customers are very important to us. After all, without them, we wouldn’t exist.”

Giving an insight into the extraordinary growth of The Shawn Exchange within a few months of opening business, the CEO affirmed: “We have gotten to this level because of aggressive marketing. We were able to capture the market with a lot of influencers especially our first influencer, Papaya Ex, who was able to bring The Shawn Exchange the right amount of visibility it needed as a startup company.”

Continuing, he said: “Also, when we do heavy marketing and these customers come, we try to build a trustworthy relationship that leads to them even referring other customers to us and that’s how we have been able to attain in a year what it takes other companies tens of years to achieve.”

Admitting satisfaction over how The Shawn Exchange has grown in the few months of its existence, Ajayi Oluwadamilare Michael said: “We have had numerous stories that can pass for best stories but one thing that is a big deal to me is the fact that every time we set new bars for the weekly amount of transactions, we beat them and the brand is growing.”
