Head coach Rena Wakama has named her final 12-player squad for the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup qualifying tournament in France.

The roster includes stars Ezinne Kalu, Promise Amukamara, Amy Okonkwo, and ElD’Tigress head coach Rena Wakama has unveiled her final 12-player squad for the 2026 FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament, trimming down from an initial 17-player provisional list.

The roster blends experience with depth, featuring star guards Ezinne Kalu and Promise Amukamara, forwards Amy Okonkwo and Elizabeth Balogun, and key returnees Nicole Enabosi, Blessing Ejiofor, and Ifunanya Okoro.

Rounding out the squad are Pallas Kunayi-Akpannah, Victoria Macaulay, Sarah Ogoke, Murjanatu Musa, and Rita Igbokwe.

The African champions will face a tough field in Villeurbanne, France, taking on Colombia, France, Germany, South Korea, and the Philippines.
