He also promised to provide services commensurate with the cash paid for any ride operated by his firm.

The CEO made the remarks while answering questions from LEADERSHIP Friday shortly after launching  an app for e-hauling  ride in  Càlabar yesterday.

Idowu  stated that with the app, people who are in  need of moving from one location to another need not bother to make  phone calls to other  transportation agencies to pick them up from their  location  to another .

Speaking on the theme: “Impart Digital Expansion In Africa (IDEA),”  the app based driving company CEO averred that KaaAfrika is poised to redefine  how  technology drives  development in and within the continent of Africa.

He enumerated the major Concerns of the e-transport firm  , which include convenience, uniqueness, and affordability for Africans, stressing that via egocentric innovations and cutting-edge technology, the firm stands the chance of achieving the desired results.

He stressed that despite the harsh economic realities suffered by Nigerians, the app-based drivers had been compelled to adjust their fares upward to navigate these challenging times.

He stated, “ KaaAfrika has remained to offer a comfortable, safe, and secure driving experience without additional costs beyond the fare displayed on the app and without any extra demands.”

He stressed that KaaAfrika drive, which is poised to exemplify the  firm’s  vision would do every thing within its reach to set a new standard in the ride-hailing industry.

Giving insight on what the firm is up to, Idowu said, “The app prioritizes user safety by collecting and sharing profile details such as pictures, names, and genders of both riders and drivers.

“This feature is intentionally designed to address the risks drivers face, such as unknowingly picking up passengers who may pose security threats.

“At the same time, riders receive their driver’s profile for easy identification at pickup points, creating a safer and more secure commuting experience.”

Idowu enumerated low drivers’ commission of eleven percent which enable them to retain more income.

“KaaAfrika Drive charges drivers a lifetime commission of just eleven percent, enabling them to retain more of their income.

“Riders enjoy a N25 cashback on every ride, making it a cost-effective option for daily transportation.

“ Riders can earn a N100 referral bonus by introducing others to the platform. The bonus is activated when the referred person completes their first ride within seven days,” he said.
