The chairman of Emohua local government area of Rivers State, Dr Chidi Lloyd, has declared that no part of the local government area would be used to cast aspersions on the immediate-past governor of Rivers State and minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, under any guise.
He further declared that doing so would provoke the people of the area who are predominately supporters and followers of the FCT minister.

Llyod spoke yesterday during the commissioning of the one-kilometre Chief Nyesom Wike Drive at Akpabu community, in Emohua LGA, which was undertaken by his administration.
He warned that the local government under his watch would not fold its arms and allow any individual or group to jeopardise the prevailing peace in the area through provocative activities.

The local government chairman further warned that any attempt to sabotage his administration’s efforts in sustaining peace and security across the area would be visited with unimaginable resistance.

Llyod said the people of Emohua LGA would not tolerate any gathering where the FCT minister would be maligned by politicians seeking relevance by fueling political crisis in the state.
