He had paid for fuel using digital banking but the petrol attendants did not receive the money due to some network issues, he had to wait there stranded for hours before the transaction went through and he was allowed to leave. Almost a whole day wasted!! I also recall buying items at the mall last year using the shop’s PoS. However, the transaction was declined due to some network error. Meanwhile, I was still debited in spite of the processing error without knowing and I had still made another payment. Double payment ke?? Omo, I had to go to my bank immediately to sort it out.
