Taraba State governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, said he embarked on massive trips outside Taraba State and Nigeria to attract investors to harness the rich natural and human endowment available in the state.
The governor stated this during Christmas service yesterday at Christian Reform Church of Nigeria (CRCN) Wukari.
Speaking at the service, Kefas said he did not embark on the trips for fun but to woo investors to key areas that could move the state forward in line with his “moving forward” mantra.
The governor noted that his administration is committed to changing the narrative of the state and to place it on the pedestal of growth and development.
He further stated that through the spirit of unity and resilience, the state will have dominion over its challenges.
The governor also cautioned the youths on dangers of illicit drugs and substance consumption.
“It has become my responsibility to redeem the youths and engage the services of specialists to assist me in the task to ensure that the youths remain productive to reduce criminality and crisis in our state,” he added.
