Nollywood actress, Stella Udeze, disclosed the reason behind her decision to leave a lucrative banking job for a career in acting.

Udeze told LEADERSHIP in Abuja on Friday that she had always wanted to be in the spotlight and working in the corporate world wouldn’t guarantee her realizing that dream.

Udeze worked as a marketer in a microfinance bank in Katsina State for two years after her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) but didn’t find fulfillment in the job.

She decided to resign and pursue her passion for acting, which she started in 2013.

The actress described her banking job as monotonous and time-consuming, stating that she couldn’t continue with it.
