Internationally recognised humanitarian and civil rights advocate Amb. (Dr) Hussaini H. Coomassie has called on Nigerians to eschew oneness and pray for Nigeria to win the war against insurgencies in the country.
He made this known while speaking as he celebrated his 60th birthday with friends and family.
Coomassie who’s the United Nations SDG Ambassador and Global vice Chairman, Advocacy For Good Governance and Social Justice Network, said he can’t hide his joy for reaching such a glorious year of 60.
He prayed that God almighty should give him wisdom to excel in his endeavours, while thanking everybody that has been supportive in his pursuit for greatness and progress of the nation.
He said: “Today is a special day for me. Not only as I added one more year to my fruitful age, I am also glad to join the league of senior citizens and elder statesmen. it is worthy to celebrate. I pray to Allah for more wisdom and protection to serve humanity.
“Special thanks to my beloved wife, my children and the rest of my family. More so, I wish to extend my vote of thanks to my immigration family as well as members of my Nigeria 1st initiatives for the love, care and support they continue to give me, may Allah almighty reward you all greatly. Thank you so much,” he added.
