Why Some Auto AC Technicians Steal Customers’ Vehicle Parts

The managing director of Aro Auto in Abuja, Abdulrazak Abdulraheem, has said that some auto air conditioner repairs steal vehicle parts from their customers due to dishonesty.

Speaking in Abuja about the importance of maintaining integrity as a key method for attracting and retaining customers for artisans, Abdulraheem, an auto air conditioner repairs, emphasized that those who steal vital vehicle parts are not only dishonest but are also shortchanging themselves.

He also mentioned that his firm repairs vehicles and provides guarantees to owners based on the confidence they have in the service. Furthermore, Abdulraheem stated that common issues affecting most vehicle air conditioning systems include blockages, leakages, or worn-out condensers.

“We mainly repair condensers, compressors, blockages, and, in some cases, vehicles may have leakages. We address leakages, remove blockages, and ensure that everything in the vehicles is in good order. We provide guarantees for our repair work,“ he said.

Addressing the issue of auto repairers pilfering customers‘ vehicles, he said, „Most auto repairers are not honest. I cannot pilfer a customer‘s vehicle. Here, when we repair vehicles, every component, including the catalyst, remains in good order.’
