Grammy award-winning Nigerian superstar, Ayo Balogun, famously known as Wizkid, shut down the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for his ‘More Love, Less Ego’ musical concert.
Wizkid lit up London for the fans with a mix of his stellar collection of songs, some bringing back the nostalgia of the old times, and the new ones also rocking the waves.
His performance in London makes him the first African artiste to perform at and headline at the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Stadium.
The 33-year-old was also joined on stage by the Nigerian duo, The Cavemen, and another afrobeat artiste from America, Masego.
Fans all over social media have reacted to the musical concert, congratulating Wizkid for the massive turnout at the event, alongside the musical masterclass that made their time worthwhile and enjoyable.
Other big stars like Arsenal’s winger, Bukayo Saka, Everton’s Alex Iwobi and Nigerian singer, Seyi Vibes, also graced the stadium with their presence.
Wizkid kicked off the ‘More Love, Less Ego’ tour and performed songs like ‘Ojuelegba’, ‘Show you the money’, ‘Essence’, amongst many others.
