A housewife (name withheld) in Yangar Hausawa under Etene ward of Kalgo local government area of Kebbi State has died soon after she delivered three babies.
A relative of the deceased, Malama Saratu Labaran, who disclosed the incident to journalists in Birnin Kebbi yesterday, lamented that the babies were in a critical condition because the family is poor.
She, however, said the babies were receiving treatment at Kebbi Medical Centre (KMC), Kalgo.
Labaran appealed to the Kebbi State government and well-to-do individuals to come to the aid of the children to save their lives.
