‘You Embody Renewed Hope Agenda’, Tinubu Hails Uzodimma On Birthday Anniversary

President Bola Tinubu has described Imo State governor, Hope Uzodimma, as a true embodiment of the Renewed Hope Agenda, praising his leadership style, patriotism, and commitment to national unity.

In a birthday tribute personally signed by him, the President said Uzodimma represents the ideals of progressive governance “both in ideal and action,” noting that his work in Imo State reflects the federal administration’s vision for sustainable development and inclusive progress.

Tinubu said the governor has remained a strong voice for unity and national cohesion, adding that he not only speaks about unity but actively works to strengthen the bond among citizens across political and ethnic lines.

“As the ambassador of Renewed Hope, a beacon of unity and a force for positive change, Governor Uzodimma’s belief in Nigeria and its extraordinary possibilities is admirable. He talks of unity and acts to strengthen our bond and blur the artificial lines that separate us. He is a patriot through and through,” the President stated.

He highlighted the Imo governor’s leadership qualities, describing them as “expansive and corrective, accommodating and decisive,” and said Uzodimma’s selection as Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum underscores his capacity to mobilise people, inspire loyalty and foster cooperation.

Tinubu also recalled Uzodimma’s earlier political career, including his election to the Senate in 2011, where he represented Imo West Senatorial District and delivered what the President termed “quality and impactful representation.”

According to him, Imo State has witnessed steady improvements since Uzodimma assumed office as governor in 2020, with visible progress in infrastructure, healthcare, education and security under his administration.

“At a personal level, Governor Uzodimma is very affable and has an admirable strength of character. He is a dependable ally. I admire his brilliance and proven problem-solving ability,” Tinubu added.

The President joined the governor’s family, friends, associates and the people of Imo State in celebrating him on his birthday, wishing him many more years of good health and greater service to the nation and humanity.
