The speaker of the Nigerian Youth Parliament, Hon. Aliyu Zakari Idris has condoled with Katsina State governor Dr Dikko Umaru Radda over the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Safara’u Ummaru Bare Bare.

In a statement, Idris emphasised that the Hajiya Safara’u was a pillar of strength to her family and a source of kindness and inspiration to many.

Idris described her as a mother to Nigeria and Katsina State, as she embodied love, wisdom, and guidance.

“Hajiya’s passing is a personal loss to his excellency and his family and the many lives she touched,” he said.

“We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants her eternal rest in Al-Jannatul Firdaus and gives the family the strength to bear this great loss,” the statement read.

He further expressed solidarity with Governor Radda, the entire Radda family, and the people of Katsina State during this difficult time. He also acknowledged Hajiya Safara’u’s legacy of love, compassion, and service, which will continue to inspire those who know her.
