Zamfara Governor’s Aides Urge Support For Lawal’s Transformation Agenda

Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants (SSA/SA) Forum of Zamfara State has called on residents to rally behind Governor Dauda Lawal’s transformative vision for a secure and prosperous Zamfara.

The call was made by the chairman of the forum, Hon. Bilyaminu Ibrahim Gusau Dagaji, during a humanitarian outreach at the Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital, Gusau

Dagaji, who led members of the forum on a visit to Malam Bashir Surajo, a patient receiving treatment for a severe hand injury, said the gesture was intended to ease the burden of his medical bills.

Presenting a cash donation to the patient, Dagaji said true leadership must be anchored on empathy, grassroots connection and visible impact on the lives of the people.

According to him, the forum’s intervention reflects the core values of the Dauda Lawal administration, which places premium on the welfare, dignity and security of every Zamfara citizen.

“Building a secure, peaceful and economically viable Zamfara State is a shared civic responsibility. What we are doing here today is a practical demonstration of the compassion that drives His Excellency, Governor Dauda Lawal,” Dagaji stated.

He noted that the administration is delivering life-changing infrastructure, security interventions and social investment programmes across the state’s 14 local government areas, adding that such efforts require public trust, patience and active cooperation to be sustained.

The SSA/SA Forum, which serves as a critical bridge between government and the people, pledged to continue championing policies and initiatives that directly impact lives at the grassroots level.

The Forum also urged stakeholders, community leaders and the resilient people of Zamfara State to remain united and steadfast in support of the government’s Rescue Mission agenda aimed at restoring lasting peace and sustainable development.

In his response, the beneficiary, Malam Bashir Surajo, expressed gratitude to the Forum for the support.

The Forum reiterated its commitment to complementing Governor Lawal’s efforts in entrenching good governance and people-centred development in Zamfara State.
