Renowned Nigerian real estate company, Zenytal Properties, has continued its rapid expansion within the fast-developing areas of Lekki-Epe expressway, with its newly launched Zenytal Gardens Phase 2 at Elerangbe, Ibeju-Lekki.

The grand style event, held recently, attracted over 1,000 realtors, business partners, investors, and prospective landowners from Lagos State and environs.

As the Lekki-Epe corridor opens up with more development, real estate projects connected to the highway are springing up to meet up with demands for home ownership. Innovative real estate companies like Zenytal Properties have positioned themselves to bridge that housing deficit gap.

Speaking at the product launch, MD/CEO of Zenytal Properties, Afolayan Abiodun, said the choice of Elerangbe for the project was apt, given the success of phase 1, alongside the rapid development and prospects in the area.

According to him, Zenytal Gardens phase 2 is positioned to emerge as the capital of culture and entertainment, offering residents a distinctive and future-ready place to call home.

“In real estate, location is the most important factor, and Ibeju-Lekki is fast becoming Nigeria’s biggest investment corridor, surrounded by multi-billion-dollar projects.” Abiodun emphasized.

He reiterated the company’s commitment to delivering affordable, high-quality living and business spaces while creating long-term value for property owners.

Investors are guaranteed high returns and security on their investment with the Government Allocation (C of O) title. The estate also offers flexible payment plans across 300sqm, 500sqm, and 1000sqm (for commercial) plot sizes, with an initial deposit of N5,000,000.

Zenytal Gardens Phase 2 launch is coming on the heels of their sold-out Zenytal Gardens Phase 1 project, which continues to attract numerous property investors to the Ibeju-Lekki axis due to the seamless acquisition process and flexible payment structure.

The project boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure, and luxurious amenities. Residents will enjoy 24/7 security, electricity, and water supply. The estate also features an amusement park, gym center, resident museum, contemporary craft market, cinema, spa, clinic, gatehouse, well-paved roads with streetlights, and a good drainage network.

Abiodun believes that Elerangbe is transforming into one of Lagos’ most valuable real estate zones and will be at the heart of real estate development in Lagos State as residential and commercial expansion continues to spiral towards this area of the state.

“Investors would enjoy the residential and commercial benefits of the estate as well as the close proximity to Lagos-Calabar coastal highway, Alaro City, Lekki Deep Sea Port, Pan Atlantic University, the upcoming Lekki International Airport, and other popular landmarks.” He added.

Nigerian Comedian and Actor, Michael Sani Amanesi, known professionally as MC Lively, praised the project for its relevance and execution. Reminding the audience that “the project’s strategic positioning ensures easy access to work, leisure, and essential services, making it an ideal choice for both families and investors.”

As part of the launch, Zenytal Properties rewarded realtors with cash prizes, microwaves, standing fans, toasters, tripods, power banks, and a 32 inch smart Tv, through a raffle draw, in a move that highlights the firm’s people-first philosophy and commitment to shared prosperity.
