Fast-rising real estate firm, Zularich Properties, has unveiled two new projects in Lagos in its expansion drive along the Lekki-Epe axis of Lagos State.

The firm also announced cash gifts to be won in its video challenge organised for realtors.

In a recent ceremony attended by hundreds of realtors, partners and investors, the firm announced the take-off of the Zularich Sports City at Ketu Epe, and the Zularich Residences Phase One at Ajayi Apata, Sangotedo.

As the Lekki corridor opens up with more development, real estate projects are springing up along the axis all the way to Epe to meet up with demands for home ownership. Several things have made the area more attractive to real estate development. These include proximity to beach resorts, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery, Lekki Sea Port and the proposed Lekki Airport. As more people move in to acquire property in the area, companies like Zularich Properties are positioning themselves to meet up with the demand.

“We are here to make a statement, to make sure that clients’ expectations are met and exceeded, to make sure that people buy properties with all the necessary documents processed to avoid headaches,” said Johnpaul Enemuoh, the Managing Director, Zularich Properties.

The Zularich Sports City at Epe is being built to cater to the lifestyle of the sports lover, with residences nestled amidst state of the arts sports facilities like football pitch, swimming pools, gyms, jogging and cycling tracks, and basketball courts.

The Zularich Residences Phase one at Sangotedo is the first in a series of residential housing schemes to be built by the company. It consists of apartment blocks of 1-to-3-bedroom apartments and both semi and fully detached duplexes.

“Our sports city will be a community that encourages and enhances physical fitness, healthy living and recreation whilst our Zularich Residence will be a haven of comfort and luxury,” Mr Enemuoh added.

According to Dr Laide Okubena, CEO of Lekutrade Properties and Marketing, and one of the guests at the launch, Zularich has a history of delivering up to expectations.

“When you think about Zularich, what comes to mind is quality and peace of mind in partnership and property acquisition. My expectation is that these new estates will be sold out before the end of the year due to the year.”

Lauding the development of the Zularich Sports City in Epe, Dr Okubena added that, “Epe is the new (Victoria) Island. Sometime ago, people thought Epe was a village but now, almost all the land in Epe is sold out. In a couple of years, Epe will be like the new Island.”

As part of the launch, Zularich properties also announced an ultimate video challenge to choose an ambassador for Zularich Residence. In the challenge, which runs till June 15th, realtors are invited to make a video talking about Zularich Residence and tag the company on Instagram and Facebook. Top 10 realtors with the best videos and highest comment, like and share will emerge winners.
