BY INIOBONG EKPONTA, Uyo

The governor gave the order during his inspection of the 21-storey Smart Building and other project sites on the capital, Uyo, explaining that “having assumed duty, I considered it expedient to inspect government facilities and projects after studying the handing over notes to enable me ascertain the state of the facilities and chart a way forward for the realization of the blueprint of my administration.”
