2027: Again APC Revises Election Timetable, Publishes Account Details For Purchase Of Forms

The All Progressives Congress (APC), has finally published the account details for aspirants seeking its ticket to contest the 2027 general election to pay for their expression of interest and nomination forms.

This is contained in the party’s revised timetable and schedule of activities for the 2027 general elections published Monday.

The account details are: Union Bank PLC – 0239691733, United Bank for Africa(UBA) – 1025098238 and Zenith Bank – 1014008105.

Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Hon. Durosinmi Meseko earlier announced the revision of the timetable and schedule of activities when he briefed journalists at the end of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) meeting on Thursday.

Accompanied by the party’s National Leader of People With Disabilities (PWDs), Hon. Tolu Bankole, the APC deputy spokesperson said the presidential primary election will now hold on May 23 while that of governorship is slated for May 20, 2026.

According to him, State House of Assembly primary election will also take place on May 20;
Senate primary elections, May 18 and House of Representatives primary election, May 15, 2026.

LEADERSHIP reports that APC in the Timetable and Schedule of Activities released on Monday, fixed presidential primary election between May 15 and 16; House of Representatives, May 18; Senate, May 20; State Houses of Assembly, May May 21 and Governorship, May 23, 2026.

APC pegged the cost of expression of interest form for presidential aspirants at N30 million and nomination form, N70 million while expression of interest form for governorship contenders is N10 million and nomination form, N40million.

The party also put the expression of interest form for Senate at N3 million and nomination form, N17 million; for House of Representatives, expression of interest form goes for N1 million and nomination form N9 million while State House of Assembly expression of interest form is N1 million and nomination form N5 million.

It added that female aspirants, youths and physically challenged contenders are to pay for the expression of interest form and 50% of the prescribed nomination fees each.
