A political pressure group ‘Sabuwar Tafiya Bauchi State chapter’ has declared its support for the coalition backed by spearheaded by former  Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), saying the coalition move is to rescue Nigeria from its current socio-economic and political challenges.

Speaking during the flag-off of the group’s activities in Bauchi yesterday, Alhaji Lawal Mukhtar Ladan Borno, chairman of Sabuwar Tafiya in the state, lamented Nigeria’s worsening condition under the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led-administration, saying there was need for urgent and unified political action ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Ladan stressed that the coalition is a patriotic movement driven by a shared national interest to rebuild the country and address the hardships millions of Nigerians are facing.

According to him, the time has come for well-meaning politicians to come together and work towards unset the current government.

“Under Tinubu’s leadership, Nigeria has witnessed deeper economic hardship, worsening insecurity, and a loss of public confidence in governance. It is now imperative for us to mobilise and enlighten citizens across every ward, local government, and state to support this coalition,” he noted.
