2027: Tinubu’s Campaign Train Big Enough for Everybody – TSG

The Bayelsa State chapter of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) has called on political stakeholders, groups and individuals across the country to close ranks and rally behind President Bola Tinubu’s bid for a second term in 2027.

The group said the re-election project had grown beyond partisan politics, urging stakeholders across party lines to unite for what it described as a national assignment.

The State Coordinator of TSG, Engr. Preye Aganaba, made the call in a statement signed by the group’s Director of Media, Udengs Eradiri, on Wednesday.

Aganaba said the emergence of various coalitions, alliances and political groups around Tinubu’s 2027 bid should be welcomed, stressing that their participation would strengthen the re-election effort.

He said: “We need everybody’s involvement across party lines to bring the President back in 2027. We need all coalitions, all alliances, all partnerships and all collaborations to make the victory sweet and seamless.”

Aganaba said Tinubu’s return to office was in the interest of stakeholders, arguing that the administration had confronted major economic challenges while laying what he described as a solid foundation for the country’s future.

“From the ashes of hardship we see a brighter, more prosperous and most economically formidable country rising in Tinubu’s second term,” he said.

Aganaba also welcomed the interest being expressed by political coalitions and other parties in Tinubu’s second-term project, saying the development was beneficial to both the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the country.

He said: “This Tinubu’s re-election project is one of its kind. It is generating massive support from people of all walks of life despite their party orientations. Various coalitions and alliances are scrambling to identify with it and we welcome them all.”

Aganaba said the Bayelsa TSG, under his leadership was ready to accommodate and work with supporters of the President within and outside the APC.

He said: “The TSG in Bayelsa under the leadership of Engr. Preye Aganaba has opened its arms to receive and work with everybody within and outside the APC for the singular objective of reelecting President Tinubu.

“We do not see division, all we see are people scrambling for spaces to identify with the President’s reelection project. We, therefore appeal to all to sheathe their swords, remain calm and own their spaces in this moving train. The Tinubu’s campaign train is as big as the sky. It is big enough to accommodate everybody.”

Aganaba said the President’s re-election project had risen above what he described as conspiracies, plots and political scheming, urging stakeholders to focus on the broader objective.

He maintained that the TSG in Bayelsa would continue to engage stakeholders and mobilise support for Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
