2027: Tinubu’s Faith In God, Performance, Our Convincing Capacity Sureway To Victory -Yari 

Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), Senator Abdulaziz Yari has said President Bola Tinubu’s faith in God, performance in office and the capacity of the council to convince Nigerians will lead to the victory of the president in the 2027 general election.

Yari stated this while speaking with journalists in Mecca, Saudi Arabia where he joined President Tinubu along with other eminent Nigerians to perform the Muslim lesser Hajj, Umrah.

President Tinubu departed Abuja on Thursday for Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, an Islamic spiritual exercise involving a pilgrimage to the Holy City.

Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga had in a statement said the visit gives the president an opportunity for spiritual reflection, devotion, and prayers for Nigeria’s peace, unity, stability, and continued progress.

“I believe that Allah’s wish in His court must prevail. And there’s no other God but Allah. Allah is the only one who can define a human being, what he will be, and what he will become,” Tinubu reportedly said in the Holyland.

The APC-PCC said the team is committed to ensuring that Nigerians are convinced to re-elect President Tinubu in the January 16, 2026 presidential election.

Making reference to Tinubu’s engagement in the Holyland, the former Zamfara governor said: “that’s what makes a leader because when you ask him, he first prayed for the country, prayed for every Nigerian and also he says this election is an election that God has selected the person who will be a leader and only Him that can put a leader or otherwise.

“So in total, I depends on Allah to do it for him as he did it for him in 2023. By that, Allah says we should welcome and work that all the procedure we are doing to campaign, to talk to people, to convince them, to show them what we have done, what we have achieved and by God’s grace, people will be convinced to elect us.”
