He implored all the community residents to rededicate themselves to peace and harmony.

„For the past three years, a lot has happened. The community was in a serious crisis, leading to property loss and lives. We got back our community by God‘s grace and the IGP‘s help. Now, the community is happy, and everybody is happy. We have put a lot of resources into ensuring a good Yuletide celebration. We have brought back the memories of celebration in Opu-Nembe by displaying our cultural heritage,“ he said.

The visiting black Americans, John Rice, Yolanda Rice, Aris Ganimous, and Shade Chenoweth, expressed happiness over the peaceful disposition and hospitality of the Opu-Nembe people and commended Kojo Sam for putting the programmes and events together.
