644 Customers Win N17.7m In Onga’s Anniversary Promo

No fewer than 344 customers won N17.7 million cash while over 300 customers won exciting gift items in the first batch of winners at the ongoing Onga Taste the Millions promo at the weekly Raffle draw event.

The promo is part of Onga’s 10th anniversary celebration to reward loyal consumers with fantastic cash and prizes worth N250 million.

During the raffle draw, 10 winners won N1 million, five winners won N500,000, 10 winners won N100,000, 40 winners won N50,000, 325 winners won N10,000, while over 300 winners won other exciting gift items.

The event had representatives from regulatory bodies such as the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority, to monitor the draws for transparency.

A resident of Lagos State, Amaka Emeh, who was one of the lucky winners of the N1,000,000 cash prize, said she never thought that she could win such an amount in the current economy. ‘I never expected it. It’s so amazing to be given cash in this economy. God bless Onga. I am so happy today,’ she said.

Another lucky winner of N500,000 from Niger State, Abubakar Kabir, expressed excitement about winning the cash prize and appreciated the efforts of Onga in giving back to its customers.

Speaking at the event, managing director, Promasidor Nigeria, Francois Gillet, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to rewarding its loyal customers.

According to him, the company gives back to our consumers who have made Onga a household name.

“Through the ‘Onga Taste the Millions’ promo, we are not only celebrating a decade of success of Onga Seasoning Cubes, but also giving back to our consumers who have made Onga a household name,” Gillet said.

The marketing director, Promasidor Nigeria, Adebola Williams, said: ‘‘We are excited at the ongoing promo and there are many more opportunities for customers to win in the coming weeks throughout September and October. This promo will bring more rewards to our consumers. It is a way of saying thank you.’’

The Onga Taste the Millions promo, which kicked off on the 1st September is to run till 31st October 2024, offers a range of exciting prizes every week.

The Culinary Category manager, Oladapo Oshuntoye, in his closing remark stated that, Onga has always been known for its great taste and aroma, making it a trusted partner in every kitchen.

“As ‘Mama’s helping hand,’ we are excited to give back to our loyal customers through this promo. This is a great opportunity for Nigerians to win amazing prizes. We encourage everyone to join in, as there are still plenty of prizes to go around,” he added.
