Lady Bridget said at the 35th anniversary and homecoming of the schools that the punishment had led JAMB applicants in the zone to register elsewhere.

She said while traveling to their centres for the examination, the candidates had been exposed to many challenges and dangers including traveling at odd hours.

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu lauded the feats schools achieved in character molding and uncompromised educational standard in the country.

Represented by the commissioner for education, Chief Chijioke Mark, he assured of the government’s assistance towards complementing the contributions of schools to the educational development of the state.
