A group operating under the aegis of Mesinyinwa Supreme Club, Ikinyinwa-Ijesa, Osun State has hailed Governor Ademola Adeleke for nominating Hon. Mayowa Adejorin as commissioner-designate.
In a release signed in Osogbo by its national president, Professor Babatunde Agbola and secretary, Mr Olusegun Oginni, the group described the nomination as well deserved considering the progressive antecedent of Adejorin.
The group also lauded the acting comptroller-general, Nigeria Immigration Service, Mrs Wuraola Esan, for appointing Comptroller Joseph Olutayo Dada as her principal staff officer.
Dada, who until his recent appointment, the comptroller in charge of Marine Service Corps in the NIS headquarters has served meritoriously in various capacities in the service.
The group assured the comptroller-general of outstanding performance of Dada saying that his capacity and capability to excel in his new posting is not in doubt considering his performance in service.
„While we believe that the appointment of Comptroller Joseph Dada was done based on merit, we also wish to appreciate the Comptroller General for finding him worthy of the honour.
„It‘s also worthy of note that Hon Adejorin General has for decades dedicated his time towards the development of Osun and in particular, his constituency, we have no doubt in his capacity to ensure that the agendas of Adeleke‘s administration is prosecuted with utmost dedication.
While congratulating Adejorin and Dada, they charged them with professionalism and to ensure the delivery of the dividend of democracy that the people of Osun desired during the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
