The First Lady underscored the critical role of candid conversations, particularly with the youth, to enhance mental health, foster emotional management, and cultivate healthier relationships.

These efforts, she believed, will ultimately contribute to increased productivity and personal growth.

She emphasised that mental wellbeing should be regarded as a universal right for all citizens.

In a unifying call, the First Lady urged traditional rulers, religious leaders, NGOs, and all Nigerians to collaborate with the government in supporting those in need.

She emphasised that together, they can create a society where mental wellness is a priority, and every individual feels valued and contributes to societal growth.
