A mentorship platform in Africa, Mentor Intro Africa, has called upon professionals and entrepreneurs from diverse industries to embrace the role of mentoring. With a virtual platform at its core, the organisation said it is focused on fostering an ecosystem of industry experts across the continent, dedicated to nurturing mentorship relationships that transcend the normal.

Reflecting on the critical call for mentors, the founder/CEO of the firm, Fola Niyi-Duale said, “Mentor Intro Africa was born from years of observations and research across multiple industries. It has become glaringly evident that young professionals, talents and aspiring entrepreneurs across Africa hunger for growth but struggle to find the right guidance and avenues for growth.

“Our community seeks to bridge this glaring gap by not only connecting  Mentors with Mentees but also by empathetic listening to both groups, understanding their professional and entrepreneurial yearnings, and providing tailored solutions. I believe that Mentorship is a powerful tool that can transform lives, give hope and create success stories. The overwhelming responses we’ve received so far amplify the need for the value our mentorship community brings. I’m sincerely excited and eager for the future.”

He urged mentors and mentees keen on being part of the community to sign up on the waitlist at www.mentorintroafrica.com.

The company said it has a mission to craft a robust, inclusive network of experienced experts that offer a unique opportunity to connect, engage, and guide emerging talent within their respective fields.

According to the management, Mentor Intro Africa is tailored to cater to the time constraints and scheduling challenges that potential mentors often grapple with. The platform presents a flexible virtual mentorship model that encourages frequent interactions. It ultimately fosters meaningful relationships, learning and growth among community members.
