The collaboration between Benin and GDIZ, fostered by Arise IIP, is not just about wood processing or traditional craftsmanship, it’s about harnessing the power of technology to reshape Africa’s economic future.

According to the company, the Nkok Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has become a hub of digital innovation, with 2020 witnessing a significant increase in the processing of data and the establishment of tech-centric enterprises.

According to a statement signed by the president of African Development Bank (AfDB), Dr. Adewunmi Adeshina, “the remarkable growth in the SEZ was fuelled by the integration of cutting-edge technologies in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stages of data processing. This not only adds significant value to the country’s digital resources but also positions Benin as a rising star in the global tech arena.”

The Africa CEO Forum #AfricanChampion award for 2023 which was won by Arise IIP, had noted the award was dedicated to the Arise IIP for implementing a consistent and coherent regional expansion strategy, which is contributing to African economic integration.
