Mailantarki Care supporters were reported to have harassed and intimidated the match officials during the encounter.

The action is said to have contravened the NNL rules of engagement.

The NNL Chief Operating Officer, Dr Ayo Abdulrahman frowned at the development and warned the club that stiffer sanctions would be meted out if such repeats itself.

Mailantarki Care is to pay the fine on or before their next game on the 6th, January, 2024.

Meanwhile, the league body has reminded clubs of zero tolerance against any act of violence that might bring the league to disrepute.

Abdulrahaman, said this during his complimentary message to clubs across the country and commended the club’s cooperation, endurance and adherence to the league’s effort to reposition the league.
