Agbo, who is the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) ambassador, stated this during a sensitisation outreach at Ado, Ogbadibo and Okpokwu.

The former lawmaker implored parents, traditional and religious leaders to join hands with the NDLEA to campaign vigorously in their domains in order to win this fight.

Speaking further, he charged the youth to desist from illicit drug intake which is capable of destroying their future.

He said drug abuse has a cost effect on abusers who engage in armed robbery, terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and rape, for no one engaging in such nefarious activities do so with clear eyes but under the influence of drugs.
