One of them was said to be lucky as he was able to escape from under the debris with injuries while the remaining three were not so lucky.

Rescue workers and villagers including family members of the victims have besieged the location in order to recover the bodies of the three labourers since Sunday evening when the incident happened but to no avail as of the time of this report.

One of the volunteers at the site, Saliu Abdullahi, who said they had spent more two hours digging to locate the workers, added that they won’t vacate the location until they recover the bodies of the three labourers.
