Toyin Abraham’s Movie ‘Malaika’ Hits N300m In Cinema

Nigerian actress and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham , has announced that her latest film Malaika is currently her highest-grossing film with N300m in the cinema.
The 41 -year -old shared the goodness in an Instagram post on Friday, February 9, with an appreciation message to her fans and followers. She wrote:

“Thank you GOD and thank you to everyone who have seen Malaika.”
This comes weeks after Toyin Abraham said she is aiming for N300m after announcing that Malaika has made N284m in one month.

Malaika premiered at the cinema on December 22, 2023.
Toyin Abraham weeks back shared in an Instagram post, a photo collage chronicling her journey into cinema and the figures she has made from her movies.

The mother of one started with Alakada Reloaded which made over 74 million naira in the cinema followed by The Ghost and the Tout and Fate of Alakada which made over 77 million and 113 million naira respectively.
The Ghost and the Tout Too made 134 million Naira while Ijakumo made 278 million naira at the box office.
