Reminisce, whose real name is Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru, was born on January 26, 1981, in Kaduna State, Nigeria. He grew up in Lagos State and developed a passion for music from a young age.

Reminisce gained recognition in the Nigerian music scene with his debut single, “Ever Since,” released in 2008. However, he rose to prominence with the release of his debut album, “Book of Rap Stories,” in 2012, which featured hit singles like “Kako Bii Chicken” and “If Only.”
