The Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, has approved the appointment of Commodore Aiwuyor Augustine Adams-Aliu as new spokesman for the Nigerian Navy.

A statement by the Chief of Policy and Plans, Rear Admiral JD Akpan said Commodore Adams-Aliu took over from Rear Admiral Adedotun Ayo-Vaughan who has been redeployed to headquarters of the Naval Training Command as the Chief Staff Officer on March 22, 2024.

Cdre Aiwuyor Augustine Adams-Aliu was born on 15 December 1977 in Lagos into the family of Sir & Lady Adams Aliu.
