Paris 2024: Plumptre Out Of Super Falcons Vs Banyana Clash

Ashleigh Plumptre has been ruled out of the Super Falcons Paris 2024 Olympic qualifiers against South Africa due to injury.

Plumptre’s absence was confirmed on the Falcons X handle on Monday, 1 April, 2024.

She has been replaced by Jumoke Alani who has already arrived in camp ahead of the qualifiers.

Aside Alani, Rasheedat Ajibade and goalkeeper Tochukwu Oluehi have also arrived.

The first leg of the Paris 2024 Olympic qualifiers comes up on Friday, 5 April. While the second leg is billed for Tuesday, 9 April.
