Ondo 2024: Group Drums Support For Aiyedatiwa

As the primary election of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ondo State draws closer, a political group, Grassroots Democracy Defenders has urged the residents of the state to rally around Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to fly the party ticket.

Addressing journalists in Akure, the state capital yesterday, a chieftain of the party in the state, Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle on behalf of the group, emphasized that Aiyedatiwa has done tremendously well in all sectors of the state despite the short time he has spent in the office.
He said, “Aiyedatiwa has done well for the people of the state in the area of job creation, workers welfare, and infrastructural development just within the limited time spent in the office.”

Elehinle, therefore urged the people of the state to rally around the governor on the day of the primary election, 20th April 2024, to vote for him massively to be the party flag bearer
He said, “I charge the good people of the state to rally around Aiyedatiwa on the election day and vote him to victory.”

The group leader said all party members should not be deceived by propaganda peddling around about the governor, but consideration should be on a man who has the interest of his people and the state at heart.

“Aiyedatiwa has distinguished himself from others through his maturity and disposition to issues. Do not be deceived by politicians, reality and selfless service to humanity is the watchword for a man of vision like Aiyedatiwa “he said
