Inaugurating the unit at the Conference Hall of KNUPDA yesterday in Kano, Ibrahim said the unit was created in order to ease the process of granting approval by the agency in response to  numerous complaints by the general public over unnecessary delays in the formalization of building approval and permit.

The managing director explained that the unit would be operating directly and instantly to tackle any issue brought to KNUPDA without delay.

He urged the unit to work tirelessly considering the importance of the task and congratulated the staff on their selection which was done purely on merit.

The head of the unit, Bilkisu Muhammad promised to work hard toward bringing a positive impact while discharging their duties.
