WAFU B U-20 Championship: Flying Eagles Begin Title Defence Against Burkina Faso

Defending champions Flying Eagles of Nigeria will take on Burkina Faso in their opening fixture at the WAFU B U-20 Championship.

The Group B encounter will hold at the Municipal Stadium, Lome on Friday, October 18.
The game will kick-off at 3pm local time.

Aliyu Zubairu’s men will face Cote d’Ivoire in their last group game at the same venue three days later.
The competition will commence on Thursday, October 17 with hosts Togo taking on Niger Republic at the Kegue Stadium.

Ghana and Benin Republic are the other teams in Group A.

The top two teams in each group will advance to the semi-final.
