2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of allspice (for festive warmth)
2 bay leaves
1 cup of beef or chicken stock
chicken bouillon and salt to taste

Ingredients For Sweet Plantain Mash
4 ripe plantains
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter (or coconut oil for a dairy-free option)
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare The Goat Meat:
Season the goat meat with salt pepper and chicken bouillon
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil and brown the meat on all sides. Remove and set aside.
