Short-letting involves renting out properties for short periods, typically ranging from a few days to a few months. This can include vacation rentals, serviced apartments, or temporary accommodation for corporate clients. Short-let properties often command higher rental rates than long-term rentals, making them an attractive option for investors seeking higher returns.

 

Property Management

Property managers oversee the day-to-day operations of rental properties on behalf of property owners. This includes tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and resolving tenant issues. Property managers ensure that properties are well-maintained and profitable for their owners while providing a high level of service to tenants.
