Governor Buni gave the assurance on Sunday in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital when the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt.-Gen. Olufemi Oluyede paid him a courtesy call at the Government House.

Buni commended the military for its commitment to the security being currently enjoyed across the state.

He stressed that the 17 local government areas of the state are accessible with the people moving around in pursuit of their legitimate businesses.

“The security attained across the state affords the government the opportunity to execute its policies and programmes to improve the lives of our people unhindered,” Buni said.
